Pūjādi-kathana — Gaṅgā Vratas, Tenfold Worship, Stotra, and Mokṣa on the Riverbank

न तत्र प्रतिगृह्णीयात्प्राणैः कंठगतैरपि । भाद्रशुक्लचतुर्दश्यां यावदाक्रमते जलम् ॥ ११७ ॥

na tatra pratigṛhṇīyātprāṇaiḥ kaṃṭhagatairapi | bhādraśuklacaturdaśyāṃ yāvadākramate jalam || 117 ||

هناك، ولو بلغ النفسُ الحلقَ (ولو عند مشارف الموت)، فلا ينبغي قبولُ عطيةٍ أو طعامٍ؛ بل يُنتظر على الأقلّ إلى اليوم الرابع عشر من النصف المضيء من شهر بهادرابادا، حين يتقدّم الماء فيغمر الموضع.
