«إنَّ الثواب المتولِّد من الاغتسال المنتظم طوال سنة كاملة يُنال في تِثي أكشايا (غير الفاني)، ولا سيّما إن وقع في شهر كارتِّيكا أو فيشاكها»، هكذا صرّح أبوكِ.
Sanatkumara (addressing Narada in dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that time (tithi and sacred months) can intensify dharma: an “Akṣayā” tithi—especially in Kārttika or Vaiśākha—can yield merit comparable to a full year of disciplined sacred bathing.
By highlighting Kārttika and Vaiśākha—months strongly associated with Viṣṇu-oriented observances—the verse implies that simple acts like snāna, performed with devotion and right timing, become powerful supports for bhakti and purification.
It reflects Jyotiṣa/Vedāṅga time-reckoning: the importance of tithi (lunar day) and māsa (month) selection for rituals, showing how calendar-based observance shapes vrata results.
