तस्माद् गच्छन्तु मे योधा बलेन महता वृता: । उत्तरस्य परीप्सार्थ ये त्रिगर्तैरविक्षता:
tasmād gacchantu me yodhā balena mahatā vṛtāḥ | uttarasyā parīpsārthaṃ ye trigartair avikṣatāḥ ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: «لذلك فَلْيَنْطَلِقْ مُحارِبوني، مُحاطين بقوةٍ عظيمة—أولئك الذين لم تَزَلْزِلْهُم قبائلُ التريغارتا—ليؤمِّنوا أُتَّرا ويَحْمُوه.»
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights kṣatriya-duty and political responsibility: when a threat arises, capable and steady warriors should be deployed in adequate strength to safeguard the vulnerable and uphold order.
In the Virāṭa episode, forces are being directed to move out in strength against the Trigartas, with the immediate aim of ensuring Uttara’s safety and success amid the conflict.
