नमोस्तु वरदे कृष्णे कुमारि ब्रह्मचारिणि । बालार्कसदृशाकारे पूर्णचन्द्रनिभानने

Transliteration

namo'stu varade kṛṣṇe kumāri brahmacāriṇi | bālārka-sadṛśākāre pūrṇa-candra-nibhānane ||

Translation

قال فايشَمبايانا: «سلامٌ لكِ، يا كِرِشنا (Kṛṣṇā) واهبةَ النِّعَم—يا عذراء، يا حافظةَ نذرِ البراهماتشاريا. إنّ هيئتَكِ تتلألأ كالشمس الفتية عند الشروق، ووجهَكِ مُنعِشٌ كالبدر التام.» وهكذا، إذ كان يبتغي رؤية الإلهة ونيل رضاها، شرع الملك يودهيشثيرا مع إخوته من جديد في تسبيحها بأسماء كثيرة مفعمة بالتوقير—تعبّدًا مؤسَّسًا على التواضع وقصدٍ مستقيم وسط الشدائد.
