अर्जुन प्रति संरब्धो युद्धार्थी स महारथ: । महोदधिजमादाय दशध्मौ वेगेन वीर्यवान्
arjunaṃ prati saṃrabdho yuddhārthī sa mahārathaḥ | mahodadhijam ādāya daśadhmau vegena vīryavān ||
قال فايشامبايانا: إنّ ذلك المَهارَثي، وقد استشاط غضبًا على أرجونا وتشوّف للقتال، تناول صَدَفتَه المولودة من المحيط العظيم، ثم نفخ فيها بقوةٍ وهو ممتلئ اندفاعًا. وتدلّ هذه اللحظة على أنّ إعلان أرجونا بصوت الصدفة قد استثار شيخًا مجرّبًا ليُظهر عزمه الحربي علنًا، فانتقل المشهد من الكفّ إلى أخلاق القتال المحتوم بين الكشاتريا.
