अथवा कुज्जरं मत्तमेक एव चरन् वने । अनडूकुशं समारुहय नगरं गन्तुमिच्छसि,अथवा वनमें अकेले घूमते हुए तुम बिना अंकुशके ही मतवाले हाथीकी पीठपर बैठकर नगरमें जाना चाहते हो
athavā kuñjaraṁ mattam eka eva caran vane | anaḍūkuśaṁ samāruhya nagaraṁ gantum icchasi ||
«أم إنك، وأنت تهيم وحدك في الغابة، تريد أن تعتلي ظهر فيلٍ هائج بلا مِهْمَازٍ ولا مِقْوَد، ثم تمضي به مستقيمًا إلى المدينة؟»
