नदन्तं च महानादं भिन्नभेरीसमस्वनम् | भ्रामयामास सुचिरं विस्फुरन्तमचेतसम्,अब वह फूटे नगारेके समान विकृत स्वरमें जोर-जोरसे सिंहनाद करने तथा बन्धनसे छूटनेके लिये छटपटाने लगा। उसकी चेतना लुप्त हो रही थी। उसी दशामें भीमसेनने बहुत देरतक उसे घुमाया
nadantaṃ ca mahānādaṃ bhinnabherīsamasvanam | bhrāmayāmāsa suciraṃ visphurantam acetasaṃ ||
وأخذ يزأر زئيرًا عظيمًا بصوتٍ مشوَّه كصوت طبلٍ عظيمٍ قد تكسّر، ويتلوّى في تشنّجاتٍ محمومة طلبًا للفكاك وقد أخذت حواسّه تخبو؛ وفي تلك الحال ظلّ بهيماسينا يدوّره زمنًا طويلًا.
