Educational Q&A

Even amid intense grief, one should practice restraint and discretion—containing speech and safeguarding confidential matters—so that personal emotion does not endanger dharma or a necessary larger aim.

After a private conversation, a sorrow-stricken pair separates in tears and spends the rest of the night in acute mental turmoil, keeping what they discussed hidden in their hearts.
