The verse recommends pilgrimage to a sanctified tīrtha—Naimiṣāraṇya—emphasizing that places hallowed by Siddhas and associated with divine presence support dharmic orientation, remembrance of the sacred, and the accumulation of puṇya.
The speaker directs the listener onward to Naimiṣa, describing it as a holy site visited by perfected beings and affirming its exalted status by stating that Brahmā abides there eternally with the gods.
