बृहदश्चव उवाच
The verse highlights purposeful, ethical communication: a message meant for reconciliation or meeting is spread widely through trusted, socially respected messengers, and is made memorable by being cast into gāthā (verse), ensuring accurate and far-reaching transmission.
Bṛhadaśva explains that, in order to locate the person addressed and arrange a meeting, Brahmins were dispatched in every direction. They traveled through all ten quarters, singing his words as verses so the message would circulate broadly and be recognized.
