Bhīmasena’s Discourse on Kāla, Resolve, and the Feasibility of Ajñātavāsa (भीमसेनस्य कालोपदेशः)
दुर्योधनहिते युक्ता न तथास्मासु भारत । पूर्णकोशा बलोपेता: प्रयतिष्यन्ति संगरे,भारत! वे दुर्योधनके हितमें ही संलग्न होंगे; हमलोगोंके प्रति उनका वैसा सद्धाव नहीं हो सकता। उनका खजाना भरा-पूरा है और वे सैनिक-शक्तिसे भी सम्पन्न हैं, अतः वे युद्ध छिड़नेपर हमारे विरुद्ध ही प्रयत्न करेंगे
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | duryodhana-hite yuktā na tathāsmāsu bhārata | pūrṇa-kośā balopetāḥ prayatiṣyanti saṅgare ||
قال يودهيشثيرا: «يا بهاراتا، إنهم مشدودون إلى مصلحة دوريودhana، لا إلينا بمثل تلك المودّة. خزائنهم ممتلئة، وتعضدهم قوة الجند؛ لذلك إذا التحمت الصفوف، بذلوا جهدهم ضدّنا.»
