Shloka 19

एवं विवस्वता तात छतन्नेनोत्तमतेजसा । निर्दग्धा: शात्रवा: सर्वे वसता भुवि सर्वश:,“तात! इसी प्रकार महातेजस्वी भगवान्‌ सूर्यने भी पृथ्वीपर गुप्तरूपसे निवास करके समस्त शत्रुओंको दग्ध किया है

evaṁ vivasvatā tāta chadmanenottama-tejasā | nirdagdhāḥ śātravāḥ sarve vasatā bhuvi sarvaśaḥ ||

قال فَيْشَمْبَايَنَة: «وكذلك يا بُنَيَّ، فإن فيفَسْفَان (Vivasvān) إلهَ الشمسِ ذا الضياء الذي لا يُجارى، أقام على الأرضِ في هيئةٍ مستترة؛ وبتلك الحضورِ الخفيّ أحرقَ جميعَ الأعداءِ من كلِّ جانب.»

Power guided by dharma need not always be displayed openly; at times, restraint and concealment (chadman) can be a righteous means to neutralize hostility and protect order, as illustrated through the Sun-god’s hidden presence that destroys enemies.
