Shloka 12

पुपोष चैनं विधिवद्‌ ववृधे स च वीर्यवान्‌ । ततः प्रभृति चाप्यन्ये प्राभवन्नौरसा: सुता:,उसने विधिपूर्वक उस बालकका पालन-पोषण किया और वह धीरे-धीरे सबल होकर दिनोदिन बढ़ने लगा। तभीसे उस सूत-दम्पतिके और भी अनेक औरस पुत्र उत्पन्न हुए

pupoṣa cainaṃ vidhivad vavṛdhe sa ca vīryavān | tataḥ prabhṛti cāpyanye prābhavann aurasāḥ sutāḥ ||

قال فايشَمبايانا: لقد ربَّت ذلك الطفل على الوجه اللائق، وفق الشعائر المرعية والعناية الواجبة، فكان ينمو على مهلٍ حتى اشتدَّ عوده وامتلأ قوةً وبأسًا. ومنذ ذلك الحين رُزِق زوجا السائق أيضًا أبناءً شرعيين كثيرين آخرين.
