इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत कुण्डलाहरणपर्वमें सूर्य-कर्णसंवादविषयक तीन सौ एकवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvake antargate kuṇḍalāharaṇaparvaṇi sūrya-karṇa-saṃvāda-viṣayakaḥ trīśata-ekaḥ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ abhavat

Translation

وهكذا انتهى الفصل الحادي والثلاثمائة من «فانا بارفا» من «المهابهارتا» الشريفة، ضمن الحلقة المعروفة بـ«اختطاف القُرطين»، والمتمحورة حول الحوار بين سُوريا (إله الشمس) وكَرْنا. وتأتي صيغة الختام هذه علامةً على تمام هذا المقطع، مؤكِّدةً التوتر الأخلاقي بين المشورة الإلهية وخيار الإنسان، وهو ما يؤطّر تضحية كَرْنا الوشيكة وما للحرب القادمة من رهاناتٍ خلقيةٍ جسيمة.
