युवर्चा उवाच यथास्य भार्या सावित्री तपसा च दमेन च | आचारेण च संयुक्ता तथा जीवति सत्यवान्,सुवर्चा बोले--सत्यवान्की पत्नी सावित्री जैसी तपस्या, इन्द्रियसंयम तथा सदाचारसे संयुक्त है, उसे देखते हुए मैं कह सकता हूँ कि सत्यवान् जीवित है
yuvārcā uvāca | yathāsya bhāryā sāvitrī tapasā ca damena ca | ācāreṇa ca saṃyuktā tathā jīvati satyavān |
قال يوفارچا: «لأن زوجته سافيتري موهوبة بالزهد (التقشّف)، وضبط النفس، والاستقامة في السلوك، أستطيع أن أؤكّد أن ساتيافان حيّ.»
