Daśagrīva-boonāvaraṇa, Viṣṇv-avatāra-niyoga, Vānara-sahāya-janana, Mantharā-nirmāṇa

तानवेक्ष्य कृशान्‌ पौत्रान्‌ वने वन्‍्येन जीवत:

tān avekṣya kṛśān pautrān vane vanyenajīvataḥ

ولمّا رأى أحفادَه قد نحلوا—يحيون في الغابة على القوت البريّ—صوّر فايشَمبايانا مشهدًا موجعًا يبرز قسوة المنفى وثِقَل العبء الأخلاقي الذي تحمله الأسرة في الشدائد.
