जयद्रथविमोचन–पलायनवृत्तान्तः
Recovery of Draupadī and Jayadratha’s flight
बहुना च किमुक्तेन शूणु कर्ण वचो मम | सनाथो<स्मि महाबाहो त्वया नाथेन सत्तम,“महाबाहु कर्ण! अधिक कहनेसे क्या लाभ? तुम मेरी बात सुनो। सत्पुरुषरत्न! तुम्हें अपना नाथ (सहायक) पाकर ही मैं सनाथ हूँ
bahunā ca kim uktena śṛṇu karṇa vaco mama | sanātho 'smi mahābāho tvayā nāthena sattama ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: «ما جدوى الإكثار من القول؟ اسمع يا كارṇa كلامي. يا عظيم الساعدين، يا خيرَ الأخيار—إذ صرتَ لي حامياً، فلستُ بعدُ مُهمَلاً بلا سند؛ لقد صار لي عَضُدٌ ومعين.»
