हस्त्यश्वरथपादातं यथास्थानं न्यवेशयत्‌ । रास्तेमें एक ऐसा स्थान मिला जहाँ घास और जलकी सुविधा थी। दुर्योधन अपने वाहनोंको वहीं छोड़कर एक सुन्दर एवं रमणीय भूभागमें अपनी रुचिके अनुसार ठहर गया। हाथी, घोड़े, रथ और पैदल सैनिकोंको भी उसने यथास्थान ठहरनेकी आज्ञा दे दी

Transliteration

hasty-aśva-ratha-pādātaṃ yathā-sthānaṃ nyaveśayat |

Translation

قال فايشَمبايانا: أمر دوريودانا أن تُوضَع الفيلة والخيول والعربات والمشاة في مواضعها اللائقة. ولما وجد على الطريق مكانًا صالحًا فيه عشبٌ وماء، ترك مركباته هناك ونزل—بحسب هواه—في بقعة بهيجة حسنة المنظر، فأقام معسكرًا منظمًا في مسيره عبر الغابة.
