उपनष्ट ततो गर्भ कथयन्ति मनीषिण: । जो अप्सराओंकी माता है, वह भी गर्भको पकड़ लेती है, जिससे बुद्धिमान् मनुष्य कहते हैं कि अमुक स्त्रीका गर्भ नष्ट हो गया
upanaṣṭaḥ tato garbhaḥ kathayanti manīṣiṇaḥ |
ثم يقولون إن الجنين قد فُقِد. ويصف الحكماء ذلك هكذا: إذا قُبِضَ الرَّحِمُ وأخفقت الحَمْلُ، خلص الناس إلى القول: «لقد هلك حَبَلُ هذه المرأة».
