इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें ब्राह्मणमाहात्म्यविषयक दो सौ दसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvake antargata mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvame brāhmaṇamāhātmyaviṣayaka dviśata-daśamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

وهكذا، في «شري مهابهارتا»، ضمن «فانا بارفا»—وخاصةً في القسم الفرعي «ماركاندييا ساماسيا»—يُختَتمُ الفصلُ المئتان والعاشر، المتعلّق بعظمة البراهمن وقداسته. وتقوم هذه العبارة مقامَ خاتمةٍ رسمية (كولوفون)، تُعلن نهاية وحدةٍ تعليمية تُبرز السلوك الأخلاقي وتوقير الانضباط الروحي.
