षण्णामात्मनि नित्यानामैश्वर्य योडथिगच्छति । न स पापै: कुतो<नर्थर्युज्यते विजितेन्द्रिय:
ṣaṇṇām ātmani nityānām aiśvaryaṃ yo ’dhigacchati | na sa pāpaiḥ kuto ’narthair yujyate vijitendriyaḥ ||
مَن نال في باطنه سُلطانًا على القوى الستّ الملازمة للنفس فهو قاهرُ الحواسّ. ومثلُ هذا لا تلطّخه الخطايا—فكيف يُعقَل أن يتشبّك بمصائبَ مولودةٍ من سوء الفعل؟
व्याध उवाच
True safety from sin and suffering comes from inner mastery—especially conquest of the senses. One who attains steady inner sovereignty is not easily drawn into wrongdoing or the troubles that follow from it.
The Vyādha (hunter) continues his instruction on dharma, emphasizing that self-restraint and inner mastery are the foundation of righteous living and freedom from moral downfall.
