कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
क्षीणे कलियुगे चैव प्रवर्तेत कृतं युगम् । एषा द्वादशसाहस्त्री युगाख्या परिकीर्तिता,कलियुगके क्षीण हो जानेपर पुनः सत्ययुगका आरम्भ होता है। इस तरह बारह हजार दिव्य वर्षोकी एक चतुर्युगी बतायी गयी है
kṣīṇe kaliyuge caiva pravarteta kṛtaṃ yugam | eṣā dvādaśasāhastrī yugākhyā parikīrtitā ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: «إذا انقضى كالي يوغا واستُنفِد، ابتدأ كِرتا (ساتيا) يوغا من جديد. وهكذا يُعلَن دوران العصور الأربعة، المعروف بيوغا “الاثني عشر ألفًا” (من السنين الإلهية)».
