निवातकवचवधः — Arjuna’s Neutralization of the Nivātakavacas

ततोअतुष्यत् सहस्राक्षस्तेन कामेन मे विभु: । एवं मे वसतो राजन्नेष कालोत्यगाद् दिवि,अस्त्रविद्याकी ओर मेरी ऐसी अभिरुचि होनेसे सहसनेत्रधारी भगवान् इन्द्र मुझपर बहुत संतुष्ट रहते थे। राजन! इस प्रकार स्वर्गमें रहकर मेरा यह समय सुखपूर्वक बीतने लगा
tato ’tuṣyat sahasrākṣas tena kāmena me vibhuḥ | evaṃ me vasato rājann eṣa kālo ’tyagād divi ||
حينئذٍ سُرَّ إندرا الجبّار ذو الألف عينٍ بي سرورًا عظيمًا بسبب تلك الرغبة الصادقة التي كانت في نفسي (لتحصيل معرفة الأسلحة السماوية). أيها الملك، إذ أقمتُ في السماء على هذا النحو، مضى زماني هناك هنيئًا بلا عناء ولا مشقّة.
