Kubera’s Fivefold Nīti and Protection of the Pāṇḍavas (वैश्रवणोपदेशः)
तत्रापि च कृतोद्देशः समागमदिदृक्षुभि: । कृतश्न समयस्तेन पार्थेनामिततेजसा
tatrāpi ca kṛtodddeśaḥ samāgamadidṛkṣubhiḥ | kṛtaś ca samayas tena pārthenāmitatejasā ||
وهناك أيضًا أُعِدَّت الترتيبات لمن أراد مشاهدة اللقاء؛ ووضع ذلك البارثا ذو البهاء الذي لا يُقاس موعدًا متفقًا عليه وثبّت العهد.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic order in public and political life: important encounters should be conducted with clear arrangements and mutually understood agreements, reflecting restraint, accountability, and respect for communal expectations.
Vaiśampāyana reports that, at that location as well, preparations were made for people who wanted to witness a significant meeting, and that Arjuna (Pārtha), renowned for his great prowess, set a definite understanding or appointment regarding it.
