Gandhamādana-praveśa and the Sudden Storm (गन्धमादनप्रवेशः — चण्डवातवर्षवर्णनम्)
ब्रह्मोवाच असुरेभ्यो भयं नास्ति युष्माकं कुत्रचित् क्वचित् | श्रूयतां यत्कृतेष्वेष संक्षोभो जायतेडमरा:,ब्रह्माजीने कहा--देवताओ! तुम्हें असुरोंस कभी और कोई भय नहीं है। यह जो चारों ओर क्षोभ फैल रहा है, इसका क्या कारण है? वह सुनो। वे जो सर्वव्यापी अक्षरस्वरूप श्रीमान् भगवान् नारायण हैं, उन्हींके प्रभावसे यह स्वर्गलोकमें क्षोभ प्रकट हो रहा है
brahmovāca—asurebhyo bhayaṃ nāsti yuṣmākaṃ kutracit kvacit | śrūyatāṃ yatkṛteṣveṣa saṃkṣobho jāyate ’marāḥ |
قال براهما: «يا معشر الخالدين (الآلهة)، لا خوفَ عليكم من الأسورا—لا في مكانٍ ولا في زمان. اسمعوا السبب الذي من أجله قامت هذه الهزّة. إنما بقدرة الربّ نارايانا، الشامل لكل شيء، الذي لا يفنى ولا يزول، تجلّت هذه الاضطرابات هنا في عالم السماء».
