सो5हमेनं तव प्रीत्या तप:सिद्धमपि ध्रुवम्‌ । वियुनज्मि देहाद्‌ देवेन्द्र मुहूर्त प्रतिपालय,देवेन्द्र! यद्यपि तपस्याद्वारा उसे सिद्धि प्राप्त हो चुकी है तो भी मैं तुम्हारे प्रेमवश निश्चय ही उस दैत्यको मार डालूगा, तुम थोड़ी देर और प्रतीक्षा करो

Transliteration

so’ham enaṁ tava prītyā tapaḥ-siddham api dhruvam | viyuñajmi dehād devendra muhūrtaṁ pratipālaya, devendra ||

Translation

«فلأجل مودّتي لك، يا إندرا، سأفصله يقينًا عن جسده—وإن كان قد نال النجاح بالزهد. فانتظر لحظةً أخرى، يا سيّد الآلهة.»
