The Birth and Career Account of Māndhātṛ
निश्चक्राम महातेजा न च तं मृत्युराविशत् । युवनाश्वचं नरपतिं तदद्भुतमिवाभवत्,तदनन्तर पूरे सौ वर्ष बीतनेपर उन महात्मा राजा युवनाश्वकी बायीं कोख फाड़कर एक सूर्यके समान महातेजस्वी बालक बाहर निकला तथा राजाकी मृत्यु भी नहीं हुई। यह एक अद्भुत-सी बात हुई
niścakrāma mahātejā na ca taṁ mṛtyur āviśat | yuvanāśvaṁ ca narapatiṁ tad adbhutam ivābhavat ||
قال لوماشا: «خرج طفل ذو بهاء عظيم، ولم يقبضه الموت. وأما الملك يوفاناشفا، سيد الناس، فقد بدا ذلك كأنه آية من العجب.»
