इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत तीर्थयात्रापर्वमें लोमशतीर्थयात्राके प्रसंगमें प्रभासक्षेत्रके भीतर यादव-पाण्डव-समायगमविषयक एक सौ अठारहवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārata-vanaparvake antargata-tīrthayātrāparvaṇi Lomaśa-tīrthayātrā-prasaṅge Prabhāsa-kṣetrasya bhitare Yādava-Pāṇḍava-samāgama-viṣayaka ekaśata-aṣṭādaśo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

Translation

وهكذا انتهى الفصل الثامن عشر بعد المئة من «المهابهاراتا» في «فانا بارفا»، ضمن «تيرثاياترا بارفا»، في سياق رواية حجّ لوماسا—وهو يصف لقاء اليادافا والباندافا في الإقليم المقدّس برابهاسا. وتدلّ صيغة الختام هذه على اكتمال وحدةٍ من السرد، وتؤطّر الحجّ بوصفه مقامًا أخلاقيًا وروحيًا تُبرز فيه العهودُ والقرابةُ والتأمّلُ الموجَّه نحو الدارما.
