Authority in dharma is expressed through measured, orderly action: even divine beings act within limits, returning ‘as they came,’ preserving balance and proper boundaries among realms.
Brahmā dismisses the assembled gods, instructing them to depart along with the accompanying beings and to return in the same orderly manner in which they arrived, signaling closure of a divine intervention or audience.
