संस्थापय पथिष्वस्मांस्तिष्ठ धर्मे सुवर्त्मनि । “हम पुत्रगण यदि कुमार्गपर जा रहे हों तो पिताके नाते आपका कर्तव्य है कि हमें सन्मार्गमें स्थापित करें। इसलिये आप स्वयं धर्मके सुन्दर मार्गपर स्थित होइये और हमें भी धर्मके मार्गपर ही लाइये'
saṃsthāpaya pathiṣv asmān tiṣṭha dharme suvartmani |
«ثبّتْنا على السُّبُل القويمة. واثبتْ أنتَ في الدَّرما، على طريقها النبيل الممهَّد، واهدِنا نحن أيضًا إلى ذلك السبيل نفسه من الاستقامة.»
