सेयमापन्महाघोरा कुरुष्वेव समुत्थिता । उपेक्ष्यमाणा कौरव्य पृथिवीं घातयिष्यति,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! इस समय यह अत्यन्त भयंकर आपत्ति कौरवोंमें ही प्रकट हुई है। यदि इसकी उपेक्षा की गयी तो यह समस्त भूमण्डलका विध्वंस कर डालेगी
seyam āpanna-mahāghorā kuruṣv eva samutthitā | upekṣyamāṇā kauravya pṛthivīṃ ghātayiṣyati, kuruśreṣṭha |
قال فايشَمبايانا: «إن هذه النازلةَ المروِّعة قد نهضت من داخل آلِ كورو أنفسهم. فإن أُهمِلَت، يا ابنَ سلالةِ كورو—يا خيرَ الكورو—جلبت الخرابَ على الأرضِ كلِّها».
