Omens and Reception During Keśava’s Departure
कि वा कार्य भगवतामहं कि करवाणि व: । केनार्थेनोपसम्प्राप्ता भगवन्तो महीतलम्,तत्पश्चात् उन महर्षियोंकी पूजा करके भगवान् मधुसूदनने फिर उनसे पूछा --'महात्माओ! आपने कहाँ सिद्धि प्राप्त की है? आपलोगोंका यहाँ कौन-सा मार्ग है? अथवा आपलोगोंका क्या कार्य है? भगवन्! मैं आपलोगोंकी क्या सेवा करूँ? किस प्रयोजनसे आपलोग इस भूतलपर पधारे हैं?
kiṃ vā kāryaṃ bhagavatām ahaṃ kiṃ karavāṇi vaḥ | kenārthenopasamprāptā bhagavanto mahītalam ||
وبعد أن أكرم مدهوسودانا (كريشنا) أولئك الحكماء العظام بما يليق، عاد فخاطبهم قائلاً: «أيها المبجَّلون، ما غايتكم؟ وأيُّ خدمة أستطيع أن أؤديها لكم؟ ولأيِّ سببٍ هبطتم إلى هذه الأرض؟»
