Drupada’s Alarm and Inquiry Regarding Śikhaṇḍinī (द्रुपदस्य भय-विमर्शः)
महाराज! इसी कारणसे स्थूणाकर्ण आज आपके सामने नहीं उपस्थित हो रहे हैं। यह सुनकर आप जैसा उचित समझें, करें। आज आपका विमान यहीं रहना चाहिये ।।
ānīyatāṃ sthūṇa iti tato yakṣādhipo 'bravīt | kartāsmi nigrahaṃ tasya pratyuvāca punaḥ punaḥ ||
أيها الملك العظيم! لهذا السبب لا يحضر سثوṇاكَرṇa (Sthūṇākarṇa) اليوم بين يديك. فإذا سمعتَ ذلك فافعل ما تراه لائقًا. وليبقَ مركبك السماوي (الڤيمانا) هنا هذا اليوم. ثم قال سيد الياكشا: «ائتوا بسثوṇa (سثوṇاكَرṇa) إلى هنا». وكرر مرارًا: «سأكفّه وأوقع به العقاب».
