एष विक्रान्तयोधी च चित्रयोधी च सड़रे । वीतभीश्वापि ते राजन्‌ शत्रुभि: सह योत्स्यते,राजन! ये समरांगणमें महान्‌ पराक्रम प्रकट करते हुए विचित्र ढंगसे युद्ध करनेवाले हैं। ये तुम्हारे शत्रुओंके साथ निर्भय होकर युद्ध करेंगे

eṣa vikrāntayodhī ca citrayodhī ca saṅgare | vītabhīś cāpi te rājan śatrubhiḥ saha yotsyate ||

قال بهيشما: «إن هذا المحارب يقاتل ببأسٍ جسور وبمهارةٍ لافتةٍ متنوّعة في ساحة الوغى. أيها الملك، لا يعرف الخوف، وسيشتبك مع أعدائك.»
