त्वमिमं पुण्डरीकाक्षमप्रधृष्यं दुरासदम्‌ । पापै: सहायै: संहत्य निग्रहीतुं किलेच्छसि,'सुनता हूँ, तू अपने पापी सहायकोंसे मिलकर इन दुर्धर्ष एवं दुर्जय वीर कमलनयन श्रीकृष्णको कैद करना चाहता है

tvam imaṃ puṇḍarīkākṣam apradhṛṣyaṃ durāsadam | pāpaiḥ sahāyaiḥ saṃhatya nigrahītuṃ kilecchasi ||

قال فايشَمبايانا: «إذن فأنت—على ما يبدو—تنوي أن تقبض على كريشنا ذي العينين كاللوتس وتقيّده، وهو الذي لا يُنال ولا يُقهر، بأن تتكتّل مع أعوانك الآثمين. إن مجرد هذه الفكرة يكشف عما فيك من عمى أخلاقي وعداءٍ متهوّر للحقّ والدارما.»
