Translation
وكانت تلك الأصوات—وهي بعينها الكلمات الرقيقة التي سمعها من قبل—تتردد من أمامه مرة بعد مرة، كأنها أنينُ واهنين متألمين؛ ومع ذلك لم يستطع ذلك الباندَفي، ابنُ باندو، أن يتعرّف إليهم.
