इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत राजधमनुशासनपर्वमें भीष्मस्तवराजविषयक सैतालीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraṃ śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi antargate rājadharmānuśāsanaparvaṇi bhīṣmastavarājaviṣayakaḥ saptacatvāriṃśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

وهكذا، في «المهابهارتا» الشريفة، ضمن «بارفا السِّلم» (Śānti Parva)—وخاصة في قسم «تعاليم دارما الملك» (Rājadharmānuśāsana)—يُختَتَم الفصل السابع والأربعون المتعلّق بمدح بهيشما للملك. وهذه الخاتمة (colophon) تُشير إلى موضع انتقال في الخطاب الأخلاقي حول المُلك، مُعلنة تمام وحدةٍ خُصِّصت لمُثُل الحكم القويم ومسؤولياته وفق الدارما.
