Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)

येन यः कल्पितो भाग: स तथा मामुपागतः । प्रीतो5हं प्रदिशाम्यद्य फलमावृत्तिलक्षणम्‌,“देवताओ! जिसने जो भाग हमारे लिये निश्चित किया था, वह उसी रूपमें मुझे प्राप्त हो गया। इससे प्रसन्न होकर आज मैं तुम्हें पुनरावृत्तिरूप फल प्रदान करता हूँ

yena yaḥ kalpito bhāgaḥ sa tathā mām upāgataḥ | prīto 'haṃ pradiśāmy adya phalam āvṛtti-lakṣaṇam ||

«يا معشرَ الآلهة! إنّ النصيب الذي عيّنه كلُّ واحدٍ منكم لي قد بلغني على الصورة نفسها. وإذ سُرِرتُ بذلك، فإني أمنحكم اليوم ثوابًا علامتُه “العودة” — ثمرة الرجوع إلى مقامكم ومساركم اللائقين.»
