नारद–शुक संवादः

Impermanence, Svabhāva, and Śuka’s Resolve for Yoga

ज्ञानं तु प्रकृति प्राहुज्ञेय निष्ललमेव च । अज्ञश्ष ज्ञश्न पुरुषस्तस्मान्निष्कल उच्यते

«إن لفظ “المعرفة” (jñāna) قد جُعل دالّاً على البراكريتي؛ وأما الذات التي لا أجزاء لها (niṣkala) فهي “المعلوم” (jñeya). وكذلك فإن “الجهل” (ajñāna) هو البراكريتي؛ وأما البوروشا المغاير لها، الذي لا أجزاء له، فيُسمّى “العالِم/العارف” (jñātṛ).»
