Parāśara’s Counsel on बुद्धि (Discernment), Karma-Consequences, and Avoidance of Pāpānubandha Actions
पितामहपुरोगाश्च सर्वे देवगणास्तथा । ऋषयश्च महाभागास्तद् युद्ध द्र्ठमागमन्
pitāmaha-purogāś ca sarve deva-gaṇās tathā | ṛṣayaś ca mahā-bhāgās tad yuddhaṃ draṣṭum āgaman |
قال بهيشما: «وبقيادة الجدّ الأكبر (براهما) قدمت جموع الآلهة كلّها، ومعها الرِّشِيّون ذوو الحظ العظيم، إلى هناك لمشاهدة تلك المعركة. وعلى مركباتٍ سماويةٍ فاخرة جاء السِّدّها والغاندهرفا—مع الأبساراس—وقد جذبهم عجبُ القتال. ويُبرز هذا المشهد كيف أن حربًا تُساق بالدَّرما والأدَرما تغدو فرجةً حتى لأهل العالم السماوي، وتدعو إلى التأمل في الثقل الأخلاقي لأفعال البشر.»
