इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत गोक्षधर्मपर्वमें शुकदेवका अनुप्रश्नविषयक दी सौ अड़तीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi antargate mokṣadharmaparvaṇi śukadevasya anuprasna-viṣayakaḥ dvi-śata-aṣṭatriṃśattamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

وهكذا ينتهي الفصل الثامن والثلاثون بعد المئتين من قسم موكشادَرما ضمن شانتِي پَرفا من المهابهاراتا المقدّسة، في شأن أسئلة شوكاديفا اللاحقة. وهذه الخاتمةُ الرسمية (الكولوفون) تُعلن تمامَ مقالةٍ تأمّليةٍ متجهةٍ إلى التحرّر، وتؤكّد أنّ الفهم الأخلاقي والروحي إنما يترقّى بالسؤال المنضبط وبالإيضاح المُحكَم.
