कर्म–ज्ञान–दैव–स्वभावविचारः
Inquiry into Karma, Knowledge, Fate, and Nature
कल्याणं कुरुते बाढं पापमस्मिन्न विद्यते । न प्रीयते परानर्थस्तस्मात् सर्वत्र पूजित:
kalyāṇaṃ kurute bāḍhaṃ pāpam asmin na vidyate | na prīyate parānarthas tasmāt sarvatra pūjitaḥ ||
إنه يعمل بكل قلبه لخير الجميع؛ وليس فيه أدنى أثر للخطيئة. ولا يسرّ بمصيبة غيره؛ لذلك يُكرَّم في كل مكان.
वायुदेव उवाच
True virtue is shown by active benevolence and inner purity: one should work earnestly for others’ welfare, remain free from sinful intent, and never feel joy at another person’s suffering; such a person naturally earns respect everywhere.
Vāyudeva is describing the qualities of a commendable person: he consistently promotes universal welfare, is free from sin, and does not delight in others’ misfortune—explaining why such a person is honored in all places.
