Transliteration

bhṛgur uvāca—prajāvisargaṁ vividhaṁ mānaso manasāsṛjat | saṁrakṣaṇārthaṁ bhūtānāṁ sṛṣṭaṁ prathamataḥ jalam ||

Translation

قال بهṛغو: «بقوةِ الذهن وحده أوجدَ الربُّ المولودُ من الذهن خَلْقًا متنوّعًا من الكائنات. ولحمايةِ المخلوقاتِ وقِوامِها خلقَ الماءَ أولًا».
