इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत आपद्धर्मपर्वमें कृतघ्नका उपाख्यानविषयक एक सौ बहत्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraḥ śrī-mahābhārate śānti-parvaṇi antargate āpaddharma-parvaṇi kṛtaghnopākhyāna-viṣayaka eka-śata-dvā-saptatitamaḥ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Translation

وهكذا تمّ الفصل الثاني والسبعون بعد المئة من قسم «آبَدْدهَرما» ضمن «شانتِي پَرْوَ» من «المهابهارتا» المقدّسة، في الحكاية التمثيلية المتعلقة بالجاحد. وتشير خاتمة الفصل إلى اكتمال مقطعٍ تعليميّ قصدَ إيضاح السلوك الأخلاقي—ولا سيما إدانة الجحود وتأكيد التمسّك بالدارما حتى في أزمنة الشدّة.
