शकुनि (हिरण्मय-पक्षी) उपदेशः — Vighasāśin and the Difficulty of Gārhasthya
त्रिदिवं प्राप्य शक्रस्य स्वर्गलोके विमत्सरा: । वसन्ति शाश्वतान् वर्षज्जना दुष्करकारिण:,वे ईर्ष्यारहित दुष्कर व्रतका पालन करनेवाले पुण्यात्मा पुरुष इन्द्रके स्वर्गलोकमें पहुँचकर अनन्त वर्षोतक वहाँ निवास करते हैं
tridivaṁ prāpya śakrasya svargaloke vimatsarāḥ | vasanti śāśvatān varṣān janā duṣkarakāriṇaḥ ||
فإذا بلغوا التريدِفَ—عالم السماء، سماء شَكْرَة (إندرا)—فإن الذين تبرّؤوا من الحسد والمنافسة، وأخذوا على أنفسهم رياضاتٍ شاقّة ونذورًا عسيرة، يقيمون هناك سنينَ لا انقضاء لها.
