Kṣemadarśa–Kālakavṛkṣīya Saṃvāda: Counsel on Impermanence, Non-attachment, and Composure in Dispossession

भूत्वा च न भवत्येतदभूत्वा च भविष्यति । शोके न हाूस्ति सामर्थ्य शोकं॑ कुर्यात् कथंचन
Translation
إن هذه السعادةَ الملكية، وإن حصلت، لا تلبث أن تزول؛ وقد تأتي أيضًا لمن لم تكن عنده. غير أن الحزن لا قدرة له على ردّ الثروة التي مضت؛ فلا ينبغي للمرء أن يجزع بأي وجهٍ كان.
