ऋषिसमागमः — युधिष्ठिरस्य शोकवर्णनम्

चतुर्णाम भयं देहि काम युध्यस्व फाल्गुनम् । तब कुन्तीने चौड़ी छातीवाले कर्णसे फिर कहा--*“बेटा! तुम इच्छानुसार अर्जुनसे युद्ध करो; किंतु अन्य चार भाइयोंको अभय दे दो”
caturṇām abhayaṃ dehi kāmaṃ yudhyasva phālgunam |
قالت كونتي لكارنا عريض الصدر: «يا بُنيّ، امنح الإخوة الأربعة الآخرين الأمانَ من الخوف. ثم إن شئت فقاتِل فالغونا (أرجونا) كما تريد».
