तस्यास्तु जातकर्मादि कृत्वा सर्व तपोधन:
tasyāstu jātakarmādi kṛtvā sarva tapodhanaḥ
قال فايشَمبايانا: «ثم إن ذلك الزاهد المكدَّس بالفضل أقام لها على الوجه اللائق طقوس الميلاد، مبتدئًا بـ(جاتاكارما)، وأتمّ جميع السمسكارات المقررة.»
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharma expressed through samskāras: fulfilling prescribed life‑cycle rites is an ethical commitment that sustains social and spiritual order, even when circumstances are difficult.
The narrator states that an ascetic performed the newborn’s rites, beginning with jātakarma, and completed the remaining required ceremonies for her.
