दत्त्वा दानं द्विजातिभ्यो रजनीं तामुपोष्य च । पूजितो मुनिसड्घैश्न प्रातरुत्थाय लाड़ली,भरतनन्दन! वहाँ ब्राह्मणोंको दान दे उस रात्रिमें निवास करनेके पश्चात्‌ प्रातःकाल उठकर मुनिमण्डलीसे सम्मानित हो महाबली लांगलधारी बलरामने पुनः तीर्थके जलमें स्नान किया और सम्पूर्ण ऋषि-मुनियोंकी आज्ञा ले अन्य तीर्थोर्में जानेके लिये वहाँसे शीघ्रतापूर्वक प्रस्थान कर दिया

dattvā dānaṃ dvijātibhyo rajanīṃ tām upoṣya ca | pūjito munisaṅghaiś ca prātar utthāya lāṅgalī bharatanandana |

قال فايشَمبايانا: «بعد أن قدّم العطايا للبراهمة “ثنائيّي الميلاد” وصام تلك الليلة، قام بلاراما حاملُ المحراث—وقد أكرمته جماعاتُ الحكماء—عند الفجر، فأدّى الشعائر المقرّرة، ثم استأذن جميعَ الرائين ونال إذنهم، وانطلق مسرعًا لزيارة معابرٍ مقدّسةٍ أخرى.»
