Resolve for the Mace Duel
तत् त्वमादाय युध्यस्व प्रेक्षकास्ते वयं स्थिता: । तुम रणभूमिमें अकेले ही एक-एकके साथ भिड़कर हम सब लोगोंसे युद्ध करना चाहते हो तो ऐसा ही सही। जो हथियार तुम्हें पसंद हो, उसीको लेकर हमलोगोंमेंसे एक-एकके साथ युद्ध करो। हम सब लोग दर्शक बनकर खड़े रहेंगे
tat tvam ādāya yudhyasva prekṣakās te vayaṁ sthitāḥ |
قال يودهيشثيرا: «إذن فخذ السلاح الذي تختاره وقاتِل. سنقف هنا متفرّجين. إن كنت تريد أن تحاربنا جميعًا—تلقى كلَّ واحدٍ منا منفردًا في الميدان—فليكن. اختر ما تشاء من السلاح ونازل واحدًا بعد واحد؛ وسنبقى واقفين شهودًا.»
